Senior Java AI Code Reviewer
The Work
You will evaluate AI-generated Java code and backend engineering solutions. Your reviews will focus on correctness, clarity, prompt adherence, technical reasoning, performance, and design quality.
- Review Java code, architectural solutions, and technical explanations.
- Find logic, performance, and design problems in AI-generated responses.
- Write reference implementations, model answers, and clear reasoning steps.
- Rate and compare AI answers based on correctness and reasoning quality.
- Create prompts and responses for AI training content.
- Work with Java backend topics including Spring Boot, microservices, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
What It Pays And Takes
This is a remote, part-time contractor role for an expert Java engineer. You must be able to provide structured technical feedback in written English.
- Pay: $55 per hour.
- Time: 20 or more hours per week.
- Work arrangement: Remote contractor and part-time.
- Eligible locations: Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brazil, Cambodia, Germany, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the Philippines, the United States, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam.
- Language: English.
- Experience: Strong professional Java engineering experience in production.
- Technical knowledge: Core Java, concurrency, the Java Collections Framework, Spring or Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservice architectures.
- Other requirements: Strong code review habits plus systematic debugging or performance analysis skills.
- Prior AI data training, annotation, or evaluation of AI-generated content is helpful but not required.
