We are looking for a dedicated Computer Operator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Computer Operator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining computer systems to ensure that our operations run smoothly.Key Responsibilities:- Data Entry: Accurately input and update information in computer systems. This includes typing and organizing data to ensure it is easily accessible.- System Monitoring: Regularly check computer systems for performance issues. This includes tracking operations, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring everything is running efficiently.- File Management: Organize and maintain electronic files and documents. You'll be responsible for ensuring important data is stored securely and can be retrieved easily when needed.- Report Generation: Create and maintain reports based on collected data. This involves compiling information and presenting it in a format that is easily understood by the team.- Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and supervisors regarding system issues and data updates. Clear communication helps in addressing problems quickly.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have good computer skills, particularly with data entry and office software like Microsoft Office or similar programs. A basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting techniques is important for this role. Attention to detail is essential, as accuracy in data handling is crucial.
