Role Summary

We are looking for a Manager / Assistant Manager – HR with strong 360° recruitment and HR operations experience

. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing multiple hiring requirements, working closely with internal stakeholders, driving recruitment closures, and supporting HR operations.

The role will also involve business development and outreach activities for the HR/Recruitment vertical

, including identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, developing recruitment partnerships, and supporting business growth.

  • Work from Office – Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities / KRAs
  • Manage end-to-end / 360° recruitment across multiple functions and levels
  • Source, screen, shortlist and interview candidates through multiple channels
  • Manage interview coordination, candidate follow-ups and offer-to-joining closures
  • Handle salary negotiations and ensure timely hiring closures
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, reports and hiring metrics
  • Manage recruitment vendors, consultants and external hiring partners
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment and HR processes and maintain proper documentation
  • Support onboarding and joining formalities
  • Handle multiple requirements simultaneously while meeting defined TATs
  • Drive business development / outreach for the HR & Recruitment vertical
  • Identify potential companies/clients with recruitment requirements and initiate outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and recruitment partners
  • Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate internally for execution

Requirements
  • 4–5 years of relevant HR experience , preferably with strong 360° recruitment exposure

  • BBA / Bachelor's degree in any relevant field can also be considered
  • Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment coordination and HR operations
  • Experience handling multiple roles and working with senior stakeholders

  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with client outreach, business development and relationship building
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills

  • Data-driven approach with good knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting
  • Candidates with MBA HR will be preferred
  • Candidates with prior aviation recruitment experience will be preferred
