We build custom business apps, AI automations, web/mobile products and MVPs for Indian SMEs and early-stage founders.</p><p><br></p><p>About the Role</p><p>We're looking for a GTM Intern to help build and run our outbound engine. You'll find the right prospects, reach them across channels and help turn conversations into pitches and closed deals. If you like building systems more than sending one-off messages, this role is for you.</p><p><br></p><p>What You'll Do</p><p>- Build targeted lead lists using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay and public data sources</p><p>- Research prospects and identify clear triggers (funding, hiring, new launches, tech gaps) to personalise outreach</p><p>- Write and run outbound sequences across cold email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp</p><p>- Build and improve automation workflows for lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring and follow-ups (n8n, Make, Zapier, Clay or similar)</p><p>- Prepare pitch decks, one-pagers and tailored proposals for qualified leads</p><p>- Book discovery calls and support the sales team before and after meetings</p><p>- Track pipeline metrics (open rate, reply rate, meetings booked, conversion) and keep the CRM clean</p><p>- Run experiments on messaging, targeting and channels and report what works</p><p><br></p><p>What We're Looking For</p><p>- Proof of work: you've built at least one GTM or outbound workflow (lead scraping, enrichment, automated outreach, CRM sync, AI-personalised messaging, etc.) and can walk us through it</p><p>- Hands-on experience with at least one of: Apollo, Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, Instantly, Lemlist, HubSpot or similar</p><p>- Strong, concise writing. Your cold emails sound human, not templated</p><p>- Comfortable with spreadsheets, data cleanup and basic numbers</p><p>- Curious, resourceful and persistent.
