Clarity2Cloud Technology Private Limited is hiring a Finance Executive / Accountant!

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, and accounting workflows in Odoo across brand entities and cost centers.
  • Maintain the chart of accounts and reconcile revenue and expenses for consulting, SaaS, and hardware or GPU transactions.
  • Handle GST filings, statutory compliance, and compliant invoicing, including improving GST and INR invoicing processes for hardware transactions.
  • Track accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and invoices across cloud, GPU, and observability partners.
  • Reconcile Razorpay settlements and other payment gateway activity with Odoo records and company books.
  • Prepare periodic MIS and financial reports for the Founder and Managing Director.
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and audit-ready financial documentation.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations.
  • Hands-on working experience with Odoo accounting and invoicing modules; applicants should specify the modules used.
  • Strong understanding of Indian GST compliance and filing procedures.
  • B.Com, M.Com, CA-Inter, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to work with multiple entities, cost centers, and INR and USD transactions.
  • Experience with Razorpay or similar payment gateway settlement reconciliation is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership of deadlines, and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment are essential. Experience with multi-brand structures, SaaS subscription accounting, import/export, or GPU hardware procurement accounting will be an advantage.
