Independent Contractor – CPT-11546 B2B Technology Lead Generation & Business Development Virtual Assistant/Business Support VA/Entry-Advanced Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

A global IT services and technology solutions company is seeking a full-time Business Development VA to support structured B2B prospect research, outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting.

The client will provide target-account tiers, target companies, decision-maker titles, messaging, and outreach sequences. The VA will execute that plan through LinkedIn, email, research, CRM management, and eventually phone outreach, while maintaining consistent reporting and follow-up.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Target Account & Contact Research

  • Research assigned Tier 1–4 target accounts
  • Identify appropriate decision-makers and contacts
  • Research global IT integrators, MSPs, VARs, OEMs, channel partners, federal prime contractors, and enterprise IT organizations
  • Find and verify business contact information
  • Build organized prospect lists based on client-defined criteria
  • Maintain accurate account and contact records

Outreach & Appointment Setting

  • Execute approved outreach through email and LinkedIn
  • Follow established sequences and cadence
  • Personalize communication appropriately
  • Follow up consistently with prospects
  • Monitor and respond to routine outreach activity
  • Escalate substantive prospect responses to the CEO
  • Schedule qualified introductory meetings
  • Conduct phone outreach as the role expands and training is completed

CRM & Business Development Support

  • Maintain the CRM / BD prospect tracker
  • Update activity, responses, statuses, and next steps
  • Assist with supplier, vendor, and supplier-diversity registrations
  • Provide regular weekly reporting and participate in client check-ins
  • Flag stalled opportunities and missing information
  • Support account-based research for priority prospects

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.


Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • B2B lead-generation or business-development support experience strongly preferred
  • IT services, technology, MSP, VAR, or channel experience strongly preferred
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience preferred
  • CRM experience required
  • Email outreach and prospect-research experience required
  • Apollo, Hunter, RocketReach, or similar tools are a plus
  • Government-contracting or supplier-diversity exposure is a plus
  • Strong written English required
  • Phone prospecting experience preferred for future expansion

Work Schedule

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
