Cold Email Lead Generation Executive

Role Focus

Build accurate, targeted prospect lists and turn them into new business through cold email that lands in the inbox. The role covers data extraction, email finding and verification, campaign setup and deliverability.

What You’ll Do

  • Extract business data from Google Maps, directories, websites, LinkedIn and other public sources, by industry, location, business type and company size
  • Find decision-makers (Founders, Owners, Directors, CEOs, Marketing Heads) and their business emails, using enrichment and AI tools to fill gaps in existing lists
  • Verify every list before sending, and keep databases clean, deduplicated and segmented
  • Set up and manage sending domains and inboxes (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up) and protect sender reputation
  • Run daily cold email campaigns with personalized, segmented copy and automated follow-ups, using AI tools where useful
  • Monitor bounces, spam complaints, inbox placement and replies, and fix problems fast
  • Test subject lines, messages, CTAs and targeting to improve reply rates
  • Track positive replies and pass qualified leads to the sales team
  • Maintain unsubscribe and suppression lists, and follow email-marketing and privacy rules

Role Objective

Success is measured by verified prospects, deliverability, positive replies and qualified leads, not by the number of emails sent.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
