About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Website & Mobile App Developer to build, maintain, and optimize live, production-level websites and mobile applications. You will work across the full stack, from Next.js/React.js web experiences and React Native/Expo apps to APIs, databases, technical SEO, analytics, and deployment. This role suits someone who has shipped real products and is comfortable owning them from design handoff to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive, mobile-first websites using Next.js and React.js.
• Convert Figma designs into pixel-accurate, production-ready React/Next.js code.
• Develop cross-platform Android and iOS apps using React Native and Expo, and publish them to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Design, build, and integrate REST APIs using Node.js/Express.js.
• Work with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and Firebase, including authentication and data integration.
• Implement technical SEO: dynamic meta tags, schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and hreflang.
• Optimize Core Web Vitals, Google PageSpeed scores, and overall site speed, including image and asset optimization.
• Set up and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and conversion/UTM tracking.
• Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, WhatsApp, email, and YouTube.
• Handle production deployment, hosting, domains, environment variables, and Cloudflare/CDN configuration.
• Perform bug fixing, troubleshooting, cross-browser and mobile testing, and ongoing website maintenance.
• Monitor performance and apply basic web security best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of relevant development experience.
• Proven experience with live, production websites built on Next.js/React.js.
• Experience with both Next.js/React.js and React Native/Expo is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of APIs, databases, technical SEO, analytics, and deployment.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from build to launch and maintenance.
