Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick products from the warehouse as per sales orders, invoices, or pick lists.

  • Verify product quantity, specifications, and condition before dispatch.

  • Properly pack, label, and arrange products for delivery.

  • Maintain proper placement and organization of stock in the warehouse.

  • Assist in loading/unloading materials and handling products safely.

  • Coordinate with the warehouse and sales team for timely order processing.

  • Follow warehouse safety, cleanliness, and inventory procedures.

  • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Eligibility

  • Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.

  • 0–2 years of experience in warehouse, picking, packing, or logistics preferred.

  • Basic understanding of reading invoices/pick lists.

  • Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse work.

  • Responsible, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Basic counting and product identification skills.

  • Ability to handle materials carefully.

  • Teamwork and discipline.

  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is an advantage.

  • It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with Freshers.
