<strong>Location:</strong> San Antonio, TX<br><br><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-Time<br><br>Position Summary<br><br>We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented <strong>Warehouse Shipping Clerk</strong> to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, processing, and coordinating outgoing shipments to ensure customer orders are accurately fulfilled and delivered on time. This position plays a critical role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations and providing excellent service to customers.<br><br><strong>Essential Duties And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.</li><li>Verify product quantities, item numbers, and shipping information for accuracy.</li><li>Create and process shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and other required documentation.</li><li>Coordinate daily shipments with carriers and transportation providers.</li><li>Load and unload freight while ensuring safe handling of products.</li><li>Track and monitor outgoing shipments and update records in the warehouse management system.</li><li>Inspect packaged orders to ensure quality and compliance with shipping requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to management.</li><li>Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock organization.</li><li>Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, RF scanners, and forklifts (if certified).</li><li>Handle shipping issues, damaged goods, and returned products as needed.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and OSHA guidelines.</li><li>Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.<br><br></li></ul>Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.</li><li>Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems or shipping software.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.</li><li>Forklift certification is a plus but not required.<br><br></li></ul><strong>SHIFT REQUIREMENTS: Wednesdays through Sundays 7am-3:30pm<br><br></strong><strong><em>Job Posted by ApplicantPro</em></strong>
