<p><strong>Key Responsibilities / KRAs:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Academic Delivery</strong></p><ul><li>Teach <strong>Historical Narratives</strong> and <strong>Introduction to the Luxury Industry</strong>.</li><li>Prepare lesson plans, presentations, case studies, activities, and assessments.</li><li>Ensure timely completion of the assigned curriculum.</li></ul><p><strong>Batch Mentorship</strong></p><ul><li>Take responsibility as the <strong>Mentor for the assigned batch</strong>.</li><li>Monitor student attendance, academic progress, participation, and engagement.</li><li>Conduct regular mentor–mentee interactions and address academic concerns.</li></ul><p><strong>Industry Visits & Experiential Learning</strong></p><ul><li>Plan and coordinate industry visits aligned with the curriculum.</li><li>Identify relevant luxury brands, retail spaces, hotels, heritage sites, exhibitions, and other industry touchpoints.</li><li>Develop learning objectives and assignments for students as part of the visits.</li></ul><p><strong>Masterclasses & Industry Interactions</strong></p><ul><li>Plan and coordinate <strong>masterclasses, guest lectures and industry interactions</strong>.</li><li>Identify and engage relevant professionals from the luxury, fashion, retail, hospitality and lifestyle sectors.</li><li>Integrate these sessions with the academic curriculum.</li></ul><p><strong>Curriculum & Student Activities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop curriculum-linked projects, activities, case studies and experiential learning opportunities.</li><li>Incorporate contemporary luxury trends and industry practices into classroom teaching.</li><li>Support student projects, presentations and research activities.</li></ul><p><strong>Academic Coordination & Documentation</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain records related to attendance, assessments, mentoring, visits, and masterclasses.</li><li>Prepare activity reports and maintain a semester-wise academic and industry exposure calendar.</li><li>Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth execution of activities.</li></ul><p><strong>Programme Development</strong></p><ul><li>Contribute ideas for strengthening the <strong>Luxury Brand Management programme</strong> through industry exposure, academic activities and relevant collaborations.</li><li>Support programme-related events, workshops, conclaves and other initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Profile:</strong></p><p>Candidates with relevant academic or industry experience in <strong>Luxury Brand Management or related fields</strong>, along with strong communication, student engagement, and industry-connect capabilities, may be considered.</p>
