Virtual Assistant / Business Analyst (US EAST ZONE Timing) (Delhi)

Job Title: Virtual Assistant / Business Analyst Location: Delhi (On-site/Hybrid as per business requirement) Employment Type: Full-Time Budget: Up to USD 1,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications) About the Role We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant / Business Analyst to support senior leadership and work closely with C-level executives of mid-sized companies. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, a quick learner, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role requires solid analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with modern productivity and collaboration tools. The candidate should be available during the afternoon and evening (IST) to overlap with the first half of the US Eastern Time zone. Key Responsibilities - Provide executive and administrative support to senior leadership. - Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules. - Handle professional email communication and follow-ups. - Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and business documentation. - Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements. - Coordinate cross-functional projects and track deliverables using project management tools. - Maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and business records with high accuracy. - Conduct internet and market research as required. - Prepare summaries, action items, and executive reports. - Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve productivity, documentation, research, and workflow automation. - Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks. - Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information. Working Hours - Full-time position. - Must be available during the afternoon and evening (IST) to provide overlap with the first half of the US Eastern Time Zone.
