US Non-IT Recruiter (Night Shift) - Internship (WFH)


About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source and identify qualified candidates for various US-based non-IT positions such as accountants, HR managers, finance professionals, administrative staff, operations, sales, and other corporate roles through job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment databases.
2. Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screening calls, evaluate candidate qualifications, coordinate interviews, and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
3. Understand client job requirements, manage candidate pipelines, update recruitment trackers, achieve sourcing targets, and support the team in delivering successful hiring solutions for US clients.

  3. are available for duration of 6 months
  4. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:

INR₹ 5,000 - 7,000 /month

Other Requirements:

  6. 6. Basic knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn, and online sourcing platforms is preferred.
  7. 7. Candidates with prior experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or business development will be an added advantage.
  8. 8. Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain follow-ups, and work in a fast-paced environment.
