Job Overview

Matrix Research Work is urgently hiring a Team Leader – Academic Research Sales to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in handling leads, managing a sales team, and achieving monthly targets.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, improving lead conversion, monitoring follow-ups, and ensuring sales and revenue targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the Academic Research Sales team.
  • Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Allocate leads to sales executives and monitor follow-ups.
  • Track individual and team sales performance.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with students, research scholars, and academic clients.
  • Assist team members with high-value and challenging leads.
  • Improve lead conversion and overall sales performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Train and guide sales executives on sales processes and client communication.
  • Monitor calls, follow-ups, conversions, and pending leads.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports.
  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
  • Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and support the team in resolving client concerns.
