Position: Customer Support Executive - International Chat Process

Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur

Teleperformance (TP) is a French multinational leader in digitally integrated business services, specializing in customer experience management and business process outsourcing across 100+ countries.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and concerns through chat support.
  • Resolve customer concerns related to products, services, and accounts.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Assist customers with accurate product and service information.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve queries within the defined TAT.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team whenever required.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and CSAT targets.
  • Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and data security standards.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Graduate freshers can apply.
  • Undergraduates with 6+ months of experience can apply.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  • Typing speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
  • Candidates pursuing a regular course are not eligible.

Shift & Work Details:

  • Rotational shifts.
  • 5 days working with rotational week-offs.
