Your role requires careful planning and execution to minimize disruptions while aligning all activities with the broader organizational objectives. You will facilitate knowledge transfer, integrate technology and personnel effectively, and ensure that all parties are prepared for the transition to achieve a smooth and successful outcome.   • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment and readiness for transition activities.
  • Monitor progress and address any risks or issues that may impact the transition timeline.
  • Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

  • Experience in managing IT service transitions and understanding of IT operations management.

  • Familiarity with tools and methodologies for knowledge transfer and process integration.
