Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Policy Servicing Specialist where you will leverage your expertise in MS Office to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. With a focus on Auto - Claims you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless policy management. This hybrid role offers rotational shifts providing flexibility and a balanced work-life experience.


Responsibilities

  • Manage policy servicing operations with precision and attention to detail ensuring all processes align with company standards.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to create update and maintain policy documentation ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address policy-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Analyze policy data to identify trends and areas for improvement contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Implement best practices in policy servicing to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the claims department to ensure seamless integration of policy and claims processes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on policy servicing activities providing insights to management.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members on MS Office applications to improve productivity and skillset.
  • Monitor policy servicing metrics to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored policy solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Support the development of new policy servicing strategies to drive innovation and growth within the department.
  • Ensure all policy servicing activities are conducted in a manner that upholds the companys values and mission.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications showcasing the ability to manage complex data and documentation.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Auto
  • Claims processes enhancing the ability to integrate domain knowledge into policy servicing.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills facilitating effective collaboration and client interactions.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Display problem-solving skills enabling quick resolution of policy-related challenges.
  • Have experience in a hybrid work model demonstrating adaptability and self-management in diverse environments.
  • Bring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience ensuring a solid foundation in policy servicing operations.


Certifications Required

Microsoft Office Specialist Certification Auto Claims Certification is a plus.
