TETR - Senior Brand Manager

About this role:

We are looking for someone who is equal parts marketer, builder and operator.

Someone who can brainstorm a big campaign in the morning, debate the creative in the afternoon, and obsess over the funnel and ROI by evening.

Most importantly, someone who believes marketing is not just about making noise - it is about creating demand, driving action and moving the business. The ideal person is the perfect combination of left brain and right brain - creatively wired enough to build standout brands and campaigns, and analytically obsessed enough to track every number, question every rupee, and relentlessly chase ROI.

You will own the UG marketing funnel end-to-end - from awareness and demand generation to lead generation, nurturing, applications and enrolments.

This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of Brand, Acquisition, Performance, Content, CRM, Media and Admissions.

Specifically, this role will involve:

- Owning the UG marketing strategy across Awareness - Consideration - Lead Generation - Nurturing - Application - Enrolment.

- Translating enrolment targets into sharp marketing and acquisition plans.

- Partnering closely with Admissions to improve lead quality, application rates and conversion.

- Owning and optimizing key metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion and ROI.

- Building Tetr's UG brand and category narrative across priority markets.

- Creating campaigns that are both culturally relevant and commercially effective.

- Building a pipeline of content, campaigns and IPs that drive awareness, consideration and demand.

- Leading communication across Paid, Owned, Social, CRM, Events and other key channels.

- Working closely with Performance, Influencer, Media and CRM teams to build a high-performing acquisition engine.

- Developing and optimizing campaigns, audiences, creatives, landing pages and conversion journeys.

- Using data and insights to continuously improve quality, efficiency and conversion.

- Building strong feedback loops between Marketing and Admissions.

- Owning the UG marketing calendar and integrated campaign execution.

- Developing briefs and working closely with Creative, Content, Performance, Media and external agencies.

- Pushing partners and teams to deliver against clear business outcomes, timelines and ROI.

- Being deeply numbers and ROI obsessed.

- Constantly asking: What did this drive? What did we learn? What can we do better?

- Turning data into decisions and decisions into action.

- Building a culture of experimentation across creative, channels, audiences and funnel journeys.

Ideal candidate will have:

- Approx 5 - 7 years of experience across brand, growth, acquisition or integrated marketing, preferably with new-age consumer brands.

- Experience owning or contributing to full-funnel acquisition and conversion.

- Strong understanding of Performance Marketing, Media, CRM, Social, Content and Brand.

- Someone who is genuinely obsessed with numbers, metrics and ROI.

- Strong creative instinct with the ability to turn ideas into campaigns that people remember and act on.

- Strong analytical ability and comfort working with marketing and business data.

- Exposure to global geographies and multicultural audiences is a strong plus, particularly LATAM, Southeast Asia, MENA, Europe and the US.

- Strong agency and cross-functional management skills.

- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous and unstructured environment.

- Strong bias for action, ownership and experimentation.

- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
