Job Overview

AshwaYog Ayurveda is looking for a Tele Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, convert leads into sales, and provide excellent customer support for our Ayurvedic wellness products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call fresh and existing leads to generate sales.

  • Explain product benefits and answer customer queries.

  • Convert COD & prepaid orders and achieve daily sales targets.

  • Follow up with interested customers and pending leads.

  • Update customer details accurately in CRM/Excel.

  • Coordinate with the dispatch team for order confirmation.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

  • Experience: 0–3 Years (Tele Sales/Customer Support preferred)

  • Good Hindi communication skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM).

  • Target-oriented and confident personality.
