Telecaller / Telecalling Executive - B2B SaaS Technology

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to contact prospective and existing customers, explain our products or services, generate qualified leads, and schedule follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve calling and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Explain products, services, pricing, and offers clearly.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-up calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and customer details in the CRM.
  • Follow up with interested prospects to support conversions.
  • Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
  • Meet daily calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and customer-support teams when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company calling guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
  • Fresher or previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation.
  • Good verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or spreadsheet tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
