About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct engaging live online English classes for children aged 3-12 in Phonics, Grammar, Reading, Communication, and Public Speaking.
2. Deliver lessons using Tiny Steps Learning's structured curriculum, teaching resources, and lesson plans.
3. Create an interactive and child-friendly learning environment with clear explanations, activities, questioning, and guided practice.
4. Observe each child's learning progress and provide appropriate feedback during classes.
5. Maintain class attendance, lesson progress, and student updates accurately through the Tiny Steps teacher dashboard.
6. Attend teacher training, mock demos, academic reviews, and feedback sessions conducted by Tiny Steps Learning.
7. Maintain professional online-class standards, including full-screen lesson sharing, clear audio/video, punctuality, and focused interaction throughout the session.
8. Be available consistently during evening and weekend teaching slots.

Other Requirements:

  1. Strong spoken English, pronunciation, grammar, and communication skills.
  2. Prior experience teaching English, phonics, grammar, reading, or communication to children is preferred.
  3. Comfortable teaching children aged 3–12 through live online classes.
  4. Must have a laptop/desktop, reliable high-speed internet connection, webcam, headset, and a quiet teaching environment.
  5. Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and online teaching tools.
  6. Patient, energetic, expressive, and confident while interacting with young learners.
  7. Able to commit consistently to approximately 3–4 teaching hours per day, especially during evening/weekend slots.
  8. Willing to complete Tiny Steps training and a mock teaching demonstration before receiving regular classes.
