Tamil Telecaller (Full-Time) – Work from Home Opportunity at AdverAim

Company Description AdverAim is a performance marketing agency that builds end-to-end patient and lead acquisition systems for medical practices and service-based businesses across India, the USA, the UK, Ireland, and Australia. The company focuses on converting and scaling qualified inquiries into booked appointments and real revenue, rather than just generating leads.

Using AI automation, high-intent ads, and conversion-focused funnels, AdverAim helps clinics and businesses consistently fill their pipelines while reducing internal workload. Their approach centers on performance-first strategies, including Meta and Google Ads, AI-based appointment booking and follow-ups, CRM and WhatsApp automation, and optimized SOPs. AdverAim partners with growth-focused healthcare providers and business leaders who value predictable, measurable results.

Role Description This is a full-time, remote Tamil Telecaller role focused on supporting AdverAim’s Patient-Rush and AI-powered growth systems. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls in Tamil to connect with prospective patients and leads, explain services clearly, and encourage appointment bookings.

Daily responsibilities include following structured calling scripts, answering questions, updating lead and appointment details in CRM tools, and coordinating follow-ups through phone calls and WhatsApp. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate data capture, maintain high conversion and show-up rates, and provide a professional and empathetic experience to every caller. The Telecaller is expected to maintain consistent productivity, meet calling and conversion targets, and adhere to privacy, compliance, and quality standards.
