About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct detailed online research to identify relevant employment, recruitment, networking, and professional opportunities using company career pages, LinkedIn, job portals, and other credible sources.
2. Study company websites and job descriptions to understand business models, role requirements, qualifications, locations, work authorization conditions, application deadlines, and candidate-role fit.
3. Evaluate and shortlist opportunities based on predefined criteria instead of collecting unqualified or irrelevant job links.
4. Maintain an accurate research and application tracker using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including company name, position, source, requirements, application link, deadline, status, and follow-up actions.
5. Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and other research tools to summarize information, compare job requirements, support company research, and improve research efficiency.
6. Assist in preparing customized application materials, professional emails, networking messages, and application responses using only accurate and approved information.
7. Identify relevant recruiters, hiring managers, employees, and professional contacts for ethical networking and outreach.
8. Track applications, responses, follow-ups, recruiter communication, and interview progress while maintaining complete confidentiality.
9. Submit a daily progress update and a structured weekly report covering opportunities researched, opportunities shortlisted, applications supported, responses received, and pending actions.
10. Verify all information before recording or submitting it and avoid using AI-generated content without reviewing its accuracy and relevance.

Other Requirements:

  1. 1. Candidates with strong internet research, analytical thinking, reading comprehension, and attention to detail will be preferred.
  2. 2. Candidates should be comfortable using LinkedIn, company career websites, job portals, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, Claude, ChatGPT, and similar research tools.
  3. 3. Previous experience in recruitment research, talent sourcing, lead generation, market research, academic research, virtual assistance, or business research is preferred but not mandatory.
  4. 4. Candidates must be able to understand detailed job descriptions and clearly explain why an opportunity is relevant or unsuitable.
  5. 5. Candidates should possess strong written English, professional communication skills, maintain confidentiality, and be able to work independently.
  6. 6. Candidates who submit a short sample of previous research, spreadsheet work, or structured online research will be given preference.
