Sr. Application Engineer

## About the Role Responsible to generate technical product sales and achieve targeted revenue from the defined market segment. ## Key Responsibilities - Sales & Marketing - Responsible for business development - Conducting trials at customers end & convince technically. - Handling sales, marketing and business development, customer techno- commercial services activities - Technical Presentation at customer end - Provide Technical Back up for queries about process & resolve - Trouble shooting at customer end - Complete understanding of all the products and services offered - Respond to sales queries of prospective customers - Provide daily reports to leadership - Identify new opportunities and pursue them with new (lead generation) and existing customers - Analyze market trends / requirements, and recommend changes to leadership for future opportunities - Expand the product / service offerings to increase the market share - Action and own the business plans laid by the leadership to meet defined sales targets - Handle leads generated through Indiamart - Give technical training to new joiners. - Maintain data sheet of all products - Customer Relationship - Address and resolve customer queries and concerns - Periodical visits to customers to seek feedbacks, suggestions and future business opportunities - Communicate new product launch to customers through mailers / sms. ## General Responsibilities - Be polite, courteous with customers and team members with whom you interact, - Be punctual and regular to work and honor your commitments on a timely manner, - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the work place, - Follow dress code policy/norms of the company, - Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while handling products. ## Requirements - Good in Verbal & written communication skills to represent company - MS Office knowledge - Self-motivated - Positive attitude - Continuous learning - Good listening Skill. ## Preferred Qualifications - Minimum Qualification: Graduate - Bsc, Bachelors in Engineering OR Diploma Engineering - Experience: more than 3 years in Technical sales support or Technical production
