Software Trainer - Internship (WFH)


About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Client Training & Onboarding
1. Conduct onboarding and software training sessions for clients. Explain software features, workflows, and processes in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
2. Answer user questions and help resolve basic usage-related issues during training.

B. Live Training & Demonstrations
1. Conduct online and in-person training sessions, webinars, and product demonstrations.
2. Demonstrate different features and workflows of the software based on the users' requirements.

C. Training Material & Video Creation
1. Create clear and easy-to-follow training videos covering different software features and processes.
2. Prepare training guides, tutorials, and other learning resources as required.
3. Upload, organize, and maintain training resources on the LMS.
Keep training materials updated whenever software features or processes change.

D. Other Product-Related Work
1. When training and content-creation work is relatively low, support other product-related tasks as required by the team.
2. Assist with testing, documentation, and other activities related to improving the user experience of the software.

Stipend:

INR₹ 7,000 - 15,000 /month
