About the job:

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required; your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create realistic, engaging, and challenging coding tasks for AI systems involving feature implementation and bug fixes.
2. Design coding tasks that require AI to solve practical software development problems.
3. Develop deterministic verifiers to evaluate AI-generated solutions.
4. Ensure verifiers accept reasonable and valid solutions while rejecting incorrect or invalid implementations.
