## About the Role We are looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You'll perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work, ensuring our software solutions are robust and reliable. ## What You'll Do A typical day involves analyzing various application components, designing solutions tailored to client needs, and writing code to implement these designs. You will thoroughly test developed features to ensure quality and reliability. Additionally, you'll handle ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing applications, collaborating with different teams to deliver seamless software solutions across multiple client projects. This dynamic environment encourages continuous learning and adaptation to evolving project requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency in software development processes. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate and manage the team to perform. You'll be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams on key decisions, and provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across teams. Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery. Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth. ## Professional & Technical Skills - **Must Have:** Proficiency in .NET Architecture - Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions using .NET frameworks - In-depth understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance - Experience with integration of various services and APIs within .NET environments - Familiarity with database design and management in relation to .NET applications ## Additional Information The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in .NET Architecture. A 15 years full-time education is required.
