Each day, you will ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies. You will also showcase your expertise by organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently.</p><p></p><p>The work model for the role is: #Li_Onsite<br /><br />This role is contributing to the Motion business for IEC Low Voltage Division based in Faridabad, India.<br /><br />You will be mainly accountable for:</p><ul><li><p>Ensuring that production scheduling and production plan meet the volume requirements agreed upon in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.</p></li><li><p>Recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.</p></li><li><p>Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposing improvement activities, and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance.</p></li><li><p>Managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications for the role </b></p><ul><li><p>7 to 12 years of experience in execution production activities for rotating field.</p></li><li><p>Full time B.E/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical.</p></li><li><p>Provides guidance to the teams and seeks knowledge for their own development and coaching/mentoring of the teams.</p></li><li><p>Builds effective, competent, and high-performing teams.</p></li><li><p>Accountable for the health and safety of all employees and contractors for the teams in scope, and continuous improvement in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) processes and integrity performance.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>More about us </b><br /> </p><p>The IEC Low Voltage Division is a technology leader delivering a full range of energy-efficient low voltage motors, including ultra-efficient solutions such as IE5 SynRM (synchronous reluctance motors).
