Set up Amazon India seller account and Amazon Ads for first 5 listings for a gardening brand

We are launching a gardening brand on Amazon India. Products: horticulture-grade perlite, vermiculite, peat moss, cocopeat, and garden kits (later also branded fertilisers such as Osmocote and Peters).

We need an experienced Amazon INDIA expert for account setup, listings and ads.

SCOPE OF WORK

1. Guide us through Amazon India Seller Central registration (company GST, PAN, bank account, director verification - we will complete the verification ourselves).

2. Brand Registry: guide us through enrolment using our pending trademark application.

3. Check category approvals: gardening products, and advise on what's needed for restricted categories (fertilisers) later.

4. Create 5 optimised product listings: keyword research, titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, pack-size variations, and image/infographic guidance.

5. A+ Content for the brand (once Brand Registry is approved).

6. Set up FBA (Bangalore fulfilment centre) or Easy Ship, plus shipping templates.

7. Launch Amazon Sponsored Products (PPC) campaigns with a small starting budget, and share a simple guide on how they are structured.

8. Handover: a short document or video on managing listings, stock and ads.

MILESTONES (fixed price)

- Milestone 1: Seller account approved, Brand Registry applied, category approvals checked

- Milestone 2: 5 listings live and optimised

- Milestone 3: FBA/Easy Ship set up, PPC campaigns launched, handover done

MUST HAVE

- Proven Amazon India experience (not only US/UK). Please share 2-3 Indian stores or listings you have set up or managed.

- Hands-on Seller Central, FBA, PPC and Brand Registry experience.

- Good communication in English (Tamil/Hindi a plus).

- Home & garden or agri product experience is a plus.

HOW WE WORK

- After registration you will be added as a user in Seller Central with the right permissions. We do not share passwords.

- Weekly update (WhatsApp or a short call).

- Start: as soon as possible. Expected duration: 3-4 weeks for setup and launch.

POSSIBLE ONGOING WORK

If the setup goes well, we would like monthly listing and PPC management (and later Flipkart). Please mention your monthly rate as well.

IN YOUR PROPOSAL PLEASE INCLUDE

1. Examples of Amazon India accounts or listings you have worked on.

2. How you would approach the first 30 days after launch to get sales and reviews.

3. Your fixed price for this scope, and your monthly rate for ongoing PPC and listing management.

4. Start "Garden" at the top of your proposal so we know you read this post.
