SEO and Digital Marketing AI Trainer

The Work

You will help train AI models to produce more accurate and useful SEO and digital marketing work. This includes reviewing model responses, writing expert examples, and checking whether the reasoning is practical, clear, and aligned with the task.

Your reviews will cover search intent, keyword strategy, on-page and technical SEO, content structure, measurement, attribution, brand fit, and compliance risk.

  • Review AI-generated SEO and marketing responses for accuracy, clarity, brand fit, and prompt adherence.
  • Find problems with search intent, keyword strategy, on-page SEO, technical SEO logic, and content structure.
  • Fact-check claims and flag unsupported or risky marketing statements.
  • Rate and compare model responses for effectiveness, reasoning quality, and practical value.
  • Write expert SEO and digital marketing materials, including content briefs, analyses, optimizations, and strategy notes.
  • Test outputs for inaccuracies, compliance problems, and bias.

What It Pays and Takes

This is an expert-level, part-time contractor role for someone with substantial professional SEO or digital marketing experience. You must be available for at least 20 hours per week and work in English at a minimum C1 level.

  • Pay: $30 to $65 per hour, paid in USD.
  • Time: 20+ hours per week.
  • Experience: 5+ years of professional SEO or digital marketing work in-house, at an agency, or in consulting.
  • Location: Applicants must be based in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brazil, Cambodia, Germany, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the Philippines, the United States, Timor-Leste, or Vietnam.
  • Language: Minimum C1 English proficiency.
  • SEO skills: Keyword research, intent mapping, information architecture, internal linking, content briefs, and SERP analysis.
  • Technical SEO: Crawl and indexation, canonicalization, redirects, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals basics, and schema.
  • Analytics: GA4, Search Console, dashboards, experiment design, and attribution limitations.
  • Communication: Ability to assess clarity, structure, persuasion, and brand voice with strong attention to detail.
  • Preferred background: AI data training, editorial quality assurance, content operations, or performance marketing review.
