The role involves coordination with jet fuel suppliers, O&M agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The incumbent assists in budgeting, contract administration, statutory compliance, and project coordination to ensure safe, compliant, and commercially efficient fuel farm operations.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Commercial Coordination with Jet Fuel Suppliers and OMCs:<br><br></strong>Coordinate with jet fuel suppliers and oil marketing companies on product placement, billing, and operational commercials.<br><br>Support resolution of day-to-day commercial issues, ensure adherence to agreed commercial terms, and assist in maintaining healthy supplier relationships for uninterrupted fuel farm operations.<br><br><strong>Budget Monitoring<br><br></strong>Support preparation and tracking of annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets for the Fuel Farm business.<br><br>Monitor actuals against approved budgets, analyze variances, and prepare financial reports and dashboards to support decision-making and cost control initiatives.<br><br><strong>Contract Administration<br><br></strong>Manage day-to-day administration of commercial contracts including supplier agreements, O&M contracts, and office or facility lease agreements.<br><br>Ensure timely renewals, compliance with contractual clauses, documentation upkeep, and coordination with legal and finance teams for contract-related matters.<br><br><strong>O&M Commercial Interface And Performance Tracking<br><br></strong>Act as the commercial interface with O&M agencies, tracking service costs, invoicing, and performance-linked payments.<br><br>Support review of SLAs and KPIs from a commercial perspective and flag deviations or cost escalations for corrective action.<br><br><strong>Statutory Compliance Coordination<br><br></strong>Coordinate statutory requirements such as PESO approvals, Factory License, and PCB compliances by supporting documentation, fee payments, renewals, and audit readiness. Ensure regulatory obligations are met without commercial or operational disruptions.<br><br><strong>Project Commercial Support And Readiness<br><br></strong>Support project teams on Fuel Farm expansion or modification projects by coordinating commercial inputs, contract amendments, and cost tracking.<br><br>Assist in resolving commercial bottlenecks and ensure smooth transition from project execution to operational and revenue phases.<br><br><strong>Key Stakeholders - Internal<br><br></strong>Lead – Fuel Farm Commercial (Asset)<br><br>Operating team at Jet Fuel facilities<br><br>Airport Operations Team<br><br>Airport Operations Control Center (AOCC)<br><br>Terminal Operations<br><br>Emergency Medical Services<br><br>Engineering & MaintenanceTeam<br><br>Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Team<br><br>Procurement and Supply Chain<br><br>Finance and Budgeting Teams<br><br><strong>Key Stakeholders - External<br><br></strong>Airlines and Ground Handlers<br><br>Oil Companies and Fuel Suppliers<br><br>Air Traffic Control (ATC)<br><br>Non-Scheduled Operators and General Aviation<br><br>Regulatory Authorities (DGCA, IATA, ICAO)<br><br>Customs and Security Agencies<br><br>Vendors and Contractors<br><br>Emergency Response Teams and Local Authorities<br><br>Environmental and Safety Auditors<br><br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Education Qualification:<br><br></strong>Engineering Diploma Holder or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Aviation or a related field or Science graduate or AME<br><br><strong>Work Experience<br><br></strong>0-4 years of experience in aviation fuel operations , preferably in Jet Fuel Facility
