Based in New Delhi, DDF provides global services, fostering creativity and thoughtful environments. ## About the Role The Senior MEP Engineer will specialize in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing/Firefighting, and ELV systems. The role demands advanced skills in quantity take-offs, BOQ creation, rate analysis, cost tracking, and managing material/labour rates for the Indian market. ## Key Responsibilities - Expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing/Firefighting, and ELV systems. - Skills in quantity take-offs, BOQ creation, rate analysis, cost tracking, and managing material/labour rates. - Knowledge of NBC, NFPA, IS codes, ASHRAE, BIS, CPWD Specifications, CPWD DSR, and DAR format. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, Navisworks, and MS Excel/cost-estimation packages. - Electrical design & calculations, load estimation, voltage drop, short-circuit studies, earthing, lightning protection, and cable sizing. - Quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, labour cost estimation, tender bidding, technical report writing, project scheduling, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional communication. ## Requirements - Educational: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (7 years) or Diploma (12 years). - Minimum 7 years for B.E./B.Tech., 12 years for Diploma holders, with independent design, estimation, and coordination skills. - Experience in Institutional/Academic Buildings, Commercial, Township projects. - Skills in quantity take-offs, BOQ creation, rate analysis, cost tracking, and managing material/labour rates. - Knowledge of NBC, NFPA, IS codes, ASHRAE, BIS, CPWD Specifications, CPWD DSR, and DAR format. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, Navisworks, and MS Excel/cost-estimation packages. - Electrical design & calculations, load estimation, voltage drop, short-circuit studies, earthing, lightning protection, and cable sizing. - Quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, labour cost estimation, tender bidding, technical report writing, project scheduling, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional communication. ## Preferred Qualifications - Active membership in ISHRAE, ASHRAE. - AutoCAD certifications. - HAP certification or working knowledge (preferred). - Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas). - Revit MEP (preferred). - FSAI certification (highly preferred). - Valid IGBC AP or LEED AP certification. - ASHRAE's CHD certification. ## What We Offer - Compensation: 6.00 Lacs to 10.00 Lacs per annum. ## Location & Work Mode - Location: New Delhi - Work Mode: Onsite
