Salary Package

 

CTC: ₹25 Lakhs – ₹30 Lakhs Per Annum

Salary will be offered based on teaching expertise, academic background, student performance history, and overall interview evaluation.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Teaching Chemistry to students preparing for JEE Main and JEE Advanced.
  • Delivering engaging classroom sessions covering Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
  • Creating and updating study materials, assignments, worksheets, and test papers.
  • Designing high-quality JEE-level questions aligned with the latest examination pattern.
  • Conducting doubt-clearing sessions and personalized academic mentoring.
  • Monitoring student performance and providing actionable feedback.
  • Developing effective strategies for score improvement and rank enhancement.
  • Conducting regular assessments and performance analysis.

Eligibility Criteria
 

Educational Qualification

  • B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc., M.Sc., or equivalent qualification from a reputed IIT, NIT, or premier institution.
  • Strong academic background with exceptional command over Chemistry concepts.
  • Consistent academic performance will be preferred.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience in JEE Main and JEE Advanced Chemistry.
  • Experience in reputed coaching institutes will be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of producing successful JEE selections and top ranks.
