Position Summary The Senior HR Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations for our U.S. employees while helping build scalable, efficient HR processes. Key Responsibilities

Payroll Administration

  • Process bi-weekly U.S. payroll accurately and on schedule.
  • Coordinate payroll changes including new hires, terminations, compensation updates, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
  • Validate payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure payroll accuracy and reporting.
  • Maintain payroll records and support audits.
Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Coordinate all onboarding activities for U.S. employees.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment documentation.
  • Manage new hire paperwork and HRIS records.
  • Coordinate offboarding, exit documentation, equipment tracking, and system access removal.
  • Ensure employee files remain complete, accurate, and compliant.
HR Operations
  • Maintain HRIS and employee records.
  • Create and maintain electronic personnel files.
  • Administer HR documentation and forms.
  • Support benefits administration and employee inquiries.
  • Assist with leave administration and employee status changes.
Process Improvement
  • Develop, document, and continuously improve HR processes.
  • Create SOPs for HR and payroll activities.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive administrative tasks.
  • Maintain HR templates, checklists, and documentation.
Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state employment requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Assist with HR audits and reporting.
  • Support policy updates and HR communications.
General HR Support
  • Respond to employee questions professionally and promptly.
  • Generate HR reports and metrics.
  • Support recruiting coordination as needed.
  • Assist the HR Director with special projects and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based employees.
  • Experience processing U.S. payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Comfortable working during overlapping U.S. business hours when needed.
Preferred
  • Experience in a U.S.-based technology or SaaS company.
  • Experience with ADP, Gusto, Rippling, or similar payroll platforms.
  • Experience using HRIS platforms such as Rippling.
  • Experience creating HR documentation and SOPs.
  • Familiarity with U.S. employment law and HR compliance.
  • Experience supporting distributed or global teams.

  • Become the trusted operational partner for the Head of HR.
