We're a lean, high-ownership team, with no committees and no layers of sign-off โ€” just people who own outcomes end to end.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why This Role Exists</strong></p><p>Jolt needs a constant stream of fresh video content across Meta Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and the old way of editing one video at a time can't keep up. We're looking for a video editor who can combine real editing craft with AI-driven video tools to produce content at volume, without every video feeling like a copy-paste. You'll be the person turning a single idea into a full set of testable creative variations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Own</strong></p><p>01 Video Editing & Craft</p><ul><li>Edit ad creatives, social videos, and YouTube content end-to-end, with strong pacing, sound design, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Maintain a consistent editing style and brand feel across every format, from a 6-second Reel to a longer YouTube piece.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>02 AI Video Production & Automation</p><ul><li>Use AI video tools such as Higgsfield and similar platforms to generate, automate, and scale video production beyond manual, one-at-a-time editing.</li><li>Build repeatable workflows and templates that let you (or the wider team) turn a single script or brief into many videos quickly.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>03 Scaling Content for Testing</p><ul><li>Turn a single brief or script into multiple ad variations, different hooks, formats, and aspect ratios, built for rapid A/B testing.</li><li>Iterate fast on what's working, producing new variations based on performance rather than gut feel alone.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>04 Cross-Platform Formatting</p><ul><li>Produce and format videos for Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts and long-form, respecting each platform's best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>05 Collaboration & Feedback Loops</p><ul><li>Work closely with the marketing team to understand what's performing and translate that feedback into the next batch of edits.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>06 Asset & Workflow Management</p><ul><li>Keep an organised library of raw footage, templates, and brand presets, so the production pipeline stays fast as volume grows.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></p><ul><li>90 Days: You've mapped the current video workflow, set up AI tooling like Higgsfield, and delivered your first batch of scaled creative variations.</li><li>6 Months: Video output has scaled up meaningfully without sacrificing quality, and you're consistently producing multiple testable variations every week.</li><li>12 Months: You own a video production system that keeps performance marketing fed with fresh creative at scale, and can point to specific videos that drove real results.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio spanning ads, social content, and organic video.</li><li>Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Higgsfield or similar platforms, for generating, automating, or scaling video production.</li><li>Strong command of standard editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent).</li><li>Experience producing high volumes of short-form video for Meta Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.</li><li>A real understanding of what makes content perform, including hooks, pacing, and retention, and comfort iterating based on data rather than instinct alone.</li><li>Ability to build repeatable workflows and templates for producing video at scale, not just one-off edits.</li><li>A strong sense of storytelling, pacing, sound design, and visual style.</li><li>A bias for speed and volume, without letting quality slip.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Good to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with motion graphics or basic 3D tools to add polish to key creatives.</li><li>Experience building automated or batch-processing pipelines for video production, beyond manual editing.</li><li>A portfolio or reel showing before-and-after examples of AI-assisted edits or scaled campaigns.</li><li>Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.</li><li>Someone who has personally driven real results through their edits before โ€” higher CTR, more views, better engagement, or more conversions โ€” and can speak to exactly how they did it.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Location</strong></p><p>On-site at our office in NSP, Pitampura, Delhi.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Ready to Cut This?</strong></p><p>Send your resume with a reel or portfolio, and a short note on a video or campaign where AI-assisted editing helped you scale output.
