Research Administrative Assistant ( Contract )

We are looking for a Research Project Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the healthcare research team. You will work closely with the research team to support participant screening and visits, maintain accurate documentation, perform data entry and assist with the day-to-day coordination of research activities.

6 Months Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone screening of potential participants according to study requirements and approved scripts.
  • Assist with the collection, transportation and organisation of study documents and materials.
  • Perform accurate data entry into research databases and tracking systems, and verify the completeness of data and documentation.
  • Maintain proper filing and organisation of research-related records.
  • Assist with procurement and inventory tracking of study supplies.
  • Provide general administrative and logistical support to the research team.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the research team.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'A' Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented.
  • Able to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
  • Comfortable communicating with participants over the phone.
