About the Role Medical Records Data Entry Specialist As a Medical Records Data Entry Specialist, you will be part of our Release of Information (ROI) team, primarily responsible for performing document preparation, verifying information, and preparing correspondence with insurance agents, beneficiaries, attorneys, patients, and hospital staff.
