Candidate Evaluation & Interviews Conduct dynamic interviews that assess both hard and soft skills with insight and empathy. Guide candidates with clarity and encouragement through the interview lifecycle. Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with department leads to refine job profiles that align with strategic growth objectives. Own the onboarding hand-off with finesse, ensuring a seamless transition from offer to Day One.
