Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Led, mentored, and managed a team of remote legal transcriptionists. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Ensure team adherence to company policies, deadlines, and quality standards. Operations Oversight: Oversee the transcription process, ensuring all legal documents are accurately transcribed and formatted. Monitor workflow and allocate assignments efficiently to meet client deadlines. Troubleshoot issues related to software, formatting, or transcription discrepancies. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure the accuracy of all transcriptions. Review complex or sensitive documents for accuracy and completeness.
