[Remote] Lead Company Confidential Finance Tester

Company Confidential is partnering with a healthcare-focused enterprise organization undergoing a large-scale Company Confidential transformation initiative. The Company Confidential Finance Testing Lead will oversee end-to-end testing for a multi-entity Company Confidential migration, including testing strategy, execution, validation, defect management, and coordination across business, technology, and testing teams. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end testing activities for Company Confidential Finance implementation projects Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies and test plans Coordinate testing resources across onshore and offshore teams Validate financial business processes, integrations, and reporting outputs Manage defect tracking, prioritization, resolution, and reporting Partner with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure testing coverage Support data migration testing and validation efforts Analyze complex business process impacts and recommend solutions Ensure quality standards are met throughout the implementation lifecycle Communicate testing status, risks, and dependencies to project leadership Skills • 5+ years of software or ERP testing experience • 3+ years of testing leadership experience managing cross-functional teams • Strong Company Confidential Finance testing experience • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes • Experience with General Ledger (GL) and Capital Asset Management • Strong Company Confidential financial reporting knowledge and validation experience • Experience with Company Confidential reconciliation and reporting tools • Experience working with Company Confidential Cloud Platform (GCP) • Proven experience with data migration testing and data validation • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Experience supporting integration of internal systems into Company Confidential environments • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills • Company Confidential Ariba procurement experience • Experience in insurance or healthcare-related organizations • Prior experience supporting large-scale Company Confidential transformation initiatives • Familiarity with enterprise financial controls and compliance processes • Experience working in highly matrixed environments Benefits 100% Remote Long-term contract opportunity with potential for future conversion High extension potential Conversion potential Yes, team has a history of converting long-term contractors Fully remote work environment Company Overview Company Confidential offers business consulting services.
