            Key Responsibilities

            • Enter patient demographics, medical histories, insurance information, and treatment data into careerpulse’s secure electronic health record (EHR) system with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
            • Validate and verify data for completeness, cross‑checking against source documents to eliminate errors and inconsistencies.
            • Maintain and update multiple databases, ensuring data integrity, proper version control, and strict confidentiality in line with HIPAA regulations.
            • Perform routine data quality audits, generate discrepancy reports, and collaborate with clinical staff to resolve any issues.
            • Assist in importing and exporting data across integrated platforms, supporting interoperability initiatives and analytics projects.
