Your Day-to-Day: Creative Meets Clinical Design and Manage Evidence-Based Formularies Collaborate with cross-functional clinical teams to develop and refine drug formularies that support both efficacy and cost-effectiveness. Conduct therapeutic class reviews and create drug utilization strategies that align with regulatory compliance and member outcomes. Leverage Data for Smarter Decisions Use population health analytics and clinical data to assess prescribing patterns, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and generate insights that improve plan performance. Help forecast medication costs and trends to guide budgeting and strategic decisions. Communicate with Purpose Participate in member-facing initiatives such as medication therapy management (MTM), and help improve adherence through proactive outreach and education. Serve as a key liaison between pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), physicians, and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency. Pioneer Innovative Clinical Projects Spearhead special initiatives, like digital tools that assist with prior authorizations, mobile medication reminders, or AI-powered adherence programs. Offer creative input into new service models that improve access and care equity. Tools, Tech & Platforms You’ll work with remote health tech platforms that support e-prescribing, formulary management, and digital patient communication. We use data visualization dashboards to streamline insight sharing across departments.
