Key Responsibilities

    Data Capture & Validation:

    Input data from a variety of sources—including PDFs, spreadsheets, emails, and scanned documents—into careerforge’s proprietary database systems with speed and accuracy.

      Quality Assurance:

      Conduct systematic checks to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing fields, ensuring data integrity at every stage.

        File Organization:

        Maintain a structured filing system, both digital and, when necessary, physical, to support easy retrieval and audit readiness.

          Data Cleansing Projects:

          Participate in periodic cleanup initiatives, consolidating duplicate records and standardizing data formats across multiple datasets.

            Collaboration:

            Work closely with project managers, analysts, and IT specialists to refine data entry protocols and streamline workflows.

              Confidentiality & Compliance:

              Adhere strictly to careerforge’s data protection policies and industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) when handling sensitive information.

                Deadline Management:

                Prioritize tasks effectively, meeting or exceeding established project timelines and performance metrics.

                  Continuous Improvement:

                  Essential Qualifications

                  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in data management, information technology, or a related field is a plus.
