Key Responsibilities Transfer data from paper documents, PDFs, and scanned images into our secure digital database using keyboard, data recorders, or optical scanners. Enter customer‑provided data with speed and precision, ensuring 99.9% accuracy. Create and maintain complex spreadsheets, handling large volumes of figures without errors. Verify entered data by cross‑checking against source documents and flag discrepancies for review. Update existing records, ensuring that all information reflects the most recent data. Retrieve data from the database or electronic reputed company upon request, preparing reports or summaries as needed.
