Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Government & PSU Accounts (Cyber Security & Digital Workspace Solutions)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth across Government Departments, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), and strategic public-sector accounts within the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in enterprise sales, cyber security solutions, virtualization technologies, and channel ecosystem management The role requires ownership of the complete sales cycle, from opportunity identification and account penetration to commercial negotiations and deal closure. The candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with key Government stakeholders, System Integrators (SIs), consultants, advisors, and channel partners while positioning Accops solutions as a strategic digital workspace and cyber security platform

Key Responsibilities

Regional Business Development

  • Drive regional sales strategy and revenue growth across Government and PSU accounts
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting
  • Develop account penetration strategies to expand business within existing and new accounts
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
Government & PSU Account Management
  • Manage strategic Government and PSU accounts across the region
  • Establish and maintain relationships with IT Heads, CIOs, CISOs, policymakers, consultants, procurement teams, and key decision-makers
  • Drive customer engagement and increase adoption of Accops solutions
  • Work towards standardization of Accops solutions within customer environments
Sales Cycle Management
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Manage commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, contracts, and licensing requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful proposal submissions and closures
  • Drive large and complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders
Partner & Ecosystem Managemen
  • Collaborate with System Integrators (SIs), channel partners, OEMs, and consultants to generate business opportunities
  • Enable and strengthen partner relationships to improve market reach
  • Drive partner-led opportunities and joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Expand and manage the regional partner ecosystem
Solution Selling & Customer Engagemen
  • Understand customer business challenges and technical requirements
  • Position Accops solutions based on customer security, compliance, and digital workspace needs
  • Conduct executive presentations, solution discussions, and business reviews
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to develop winning solutions and proposals
Required Skills & Experience

Sales Experienc

  • 7–15 years of enterprise sales experience with Government and PSU customers
  • Proven experience managing regional sales and strategic accounts
  • Strong experience in account management, business development, and revenue generation
