The Recruiter will report directly to the Recruitment Lead, Volume Hiring. The main role of the Recruiter will focus on Recruitment Operations, which involves end-to-end recruitment. This role is vital in screening and profiling candidates for a specific role, which is crucial in the selection process. Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all external requirements - Responsible for profiling initial and behavioral interviews, and presenting qualified non-agent/agent candidates to the hiring manager, and overseeing the scheduling of the department interview with the appropriate hiring manager - Responsible for facilitating a smooth internal hiring process - Responsible for encoding necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely manner - Responsible for supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targets Qualifications: - Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, and a related degree - At least one (1) year of BPO recruitment doing end-to-end recruitment (volume hiring) in a BPO/call center setting - Excellent communication skills in both oral and written - Willing to work in a fast-paced environment - Must be willing to work on a mid shift to night shift schedule - Must be amenable to work onsite .
