Receptionist or Front Office Executive We are looking for a well-presented, skilled, and service-oriented individual to manage the front desk and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for employees, clients, visitors, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage the reception area and act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments. Maintain visitor records and coordinate visitor access as required. Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements. Manage incoming and outgoing courier and mail activities. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, facility management, and other support teams. Maintain a neat, organised, and professional reception area. Assist the Administration/HR team with day-to-day administrative activities. Support employee and visitor requirements and ensure timely resolution of front-desk-related queries.
