About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Psychologist to join our team and support the mental well-being and emotional health of our employees.

The role will focus on one-on-one employee counselling, workplace wellness initiatives, stress management, and psychological support, while working closely with the HR and leadership teams to promote a healthy and positive work environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong counselling and interpersonal skills, professional maturity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one counselling and psychological support to employees.
  • Support employees with workplace stress, emotional concerns, work-life balance and interpersonal challenges.
  • Conduct employee wellness and stress-management programs.
  • Conduct employee wellness, stress management, and mental health programs.
  • Support HR in improving employee engagement, retention, and workplace well-being.
  • Conduct training sessions on emotional intelligence, resilience, and workplace behavior.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and ensure ethical practices.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Psychology – Clinical, Counselling, Applied Psychology or a related specialization.
  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in counselling, employee wellness, psychology or a related field.
  • Practical experience in one-on-one counselling.
  • Experience conducting workshops, training or wellness sessions will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, active listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with HR, employees and leadership.
  • Strong emotional maturity, empathy and professional boundaries.
  • Comfortable working in a full-time office-based role in Karol Bagh, New Delhi.
