Bilkul bhai, recruitment team ke liye short, clear aur practical JD ye rahegi: Job Description – Project Manager (Solar EPC) Location: Mohali / Punjab Experience: 4–8 Years | Solar EPC / Electrical Projects Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end management of solar projects from site readiness to installation, commissioning & handover . Manage multiple projects, Site Supervisors, Technicians, Labour Teams and vendors. Prepare and monitor project timelines, manpower and material planning . Ensure project completion within committed Timeline, Quality & Cost . Monitor site execution including structure, panels, DC/AC wiring, earthing and inverter installation. Conduct regular site inspections and control rework, wastage and quality issues . Manage project cost, manpower cost, material consumption and transportation expenses . Build, manage and develop the Project Execution Team . Conduct regular technical, quality, safety and process training for Site Supervisors and Technicians. Handle customer communication, complaints and execution-related escalations . Take timely operational decisions and resolve site/project issues independently. Coordinate with Procurement, Documentation, Net Metering and Service Teams. Manage post-installation service issues and ensure timely complaint closure. Maintain project-wise MIS, progress reports, cost tracking and pending work reports . Develop and improve SOPs, checklists and project execution processes . Identify recurring problems and implement corrective/preventive actions. Candidate Profile4–8 years' experience in Solar EPC / Electrical Project Execution . Strong knowledge of rooftop solar installation and electrical systems. Experience managing multiple projects and teams . Strong leadership, team-building, training and customer-handling skills . Good decision-making and problem-solving ability. Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / Project MIS . Willingness to travel to project sites. Punjab/Haryana solar project and DISCOM experience will be an advantage.
