You will executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines.<br><br>As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire delivery process for healthcare product and equipment projects, managing all stages from planning to installation and handover across the region. These may involve equipment-only deliveries, product suites, or non‑turnkey project scopes.</li><li>Expand and apply technical expertise within your discipline to support the execution of policies and strategies. May include contributing in specialized technical areas while continuing to develop advanced skills.</li><li>Possess a foundational understanding of key business drivers and use this knowledge to complete assigned tasks. Demonstrate awareness of how your work and your team’s output align with and support broader organizational goals.</li><li>Exercise a moderate level of decision-making autonomy within established frameworks. Address issues requiring solid technical insight and sound judgment, while consulting senior team members for situations beyond defined guidelines.</li><li>Utilize strong interpersonal skills and potentially lead junior staff. In customer-facing responsibilities, build and maintain productive customer relationships, acting as the primary liaison between the customer and GEHC.
